Yeppo x ReceiptHero: Yeppo brick-and-mortar store loyalty
All your purchases and coupons in Yeppo & Soonsoo stores can be found in one place!
With our cooperation partner's innovative ReceiptHero app, you get all your Yeppo receipts directly to your phone, so you can check which product you bought and when, as well as collect stamps and use them to get amazing discounts and offers! In January 2024, we will pilot the function of the feature in the online store as well, so you may notice that your online store purchases are also visible in your ReceiptHero account. We will provide more information when ReceiptHero has been officially implemented in the yeppo.fi online store as well.
Why ReceiptHero?
With ReceiptHero, we aim to protect your privacy, because you no longer have to tell your name or email address in the store, and your transactions will be much faster and smoother. Your payment card and our smart cashier program take care of the job so that all information is transferred directly from us to your customer account in an instant and you don't need a separate paper receipt, so together we can save paper and nature!
With the new program, your online shopping points are accumulated in a different account. However, we have added a huge number of new products and benefits to the points store so that points could be used as often as possible; for example, you can exchange points for coupons worth € or whole products (discount code).

Instructions for setting up ReceiptHero
1. Download the ReceiptHero app to your phone. You will find it for iPhone and for Android. Please note that the loyalty program is only available through the application.
2. Register for the service and add your payment cards that you use when making purchases. You can add multiple cards to your account. After registering the chosen cards, our cash register will recognize your card automatically, and you will receive coupon stamps and receipts in your ReceiptHero customer account immediately.
3. Find Yeppo under STORES either using GPS or searching manually. Follow Yeppo in the app.
4. When you join Yeppo's loyalty system for the first time, you will receive a -25% discount coupon that you can use for one normal-priced purchase in our store.
6. For every purchase worth 30 euros, you get one stamp on Yeppo's stamp card in the ReceiptHero application, 2 stamps for purchases over 60 euros, etc. After collecting 10 stamps, you get a -30% discount on one normal-priced purchase.

The challenges
After you have activated ReceiptHero and followed the Yeppo & Soonsoo store in the application, you will find your valid discount coupons and currently active challenges.
The challenge means different ways to collect stamps in Yeppo's stores. For example, after collecting 10 stamps with your purchases in the Stamp Card challenge, you will receive a 30% discount code to use in the Yeppo store.
Each challenge has an explanation of how to collect stamps from each challenge. For example, in the stamp card challenge, you get a stamp every time you shop in the store for at least 30 euros. That is, a €30 purchase = 1 stamp. A €60 purchase or two separate €30 purchases = 2 stamps, and so on. Purchases must be made with a payment card saved in ReceiptHero so that they are saved in your loyalty account.
Frequently asked questions about the loyalty program
Can I accumulate points in my ReceiptHero account even when paying with cash?
The purpose of ReceiptHero is to speed up your transactions in our store and secure the safe use of your data, which is why we no longer process your customer data in any way in the store and thus cannot add points manually. For this reason, points are not accumulated if you pay for your purchase in cash.
Does the loyalty program also work in the online store?
Not yet, but soon! In January 2024, we will pilot the function of the feature in the online store as well, so you may notice that your online store purchases are also visible in your ReceiptHero account.
